Licenses can be purchased or rented. Monthly rent includes support (telephone, email en remote desktop connection) and updates and new versions. (Software Maintenance Agreement). You can purchase one month or with “Automatic recharge”, which fully automates the payments, invoicing and licensing renewals, so you can be sure that there are no interruptions in your production. If you purchase a perpetual license, you can choose to signup for a yearly subscription based Software Maintenance Agreement.
Pixometry licenses can be obtained through one of our dealers in your region. That usually means you have local support in your language and time-zone, and help with the implementation of Pixometry. Contact info@pixometry.com for a dealer in your region.
Pixometry licenses can also be purchased or rented from within the software.
This tutorial assumes that you have already created an account, and obtained the 14 day trial licence. If you have not, and you are registering for the first time, then read “Download, installation and registration” for instructions.
First click the button that takes you to the account and license info:
Login with the account that you previously created. Then click the “Purchase” button:
In the following screenshot you can choose between monthly rental (including support & upgrades) and a perpetual license purchase (excluding support & upgrades, can be purchased separately, contact info@elpical.com).
Customers from outside the European Union see prices in USD. Customers inside the EU see pricing in euros, as in the screenshot. (Prices can be subject to change without notice). Customers inside the EU must provide a valid VAT number in their account information. Click the “Account” button and then the “Edit” button to update your account info with a VAT number.
